Central Florida Recycling Center pays Top Dollar for Batteries.

We are able to take two batteries per person per day per Florida law. However if you have an active business license or a letter for permission we are able to take more. Please call our office for more information.

Battery Recycling Facts

Lead-acid batteries are used in cars, trucks, golf carts, motor cycles, UPS devices and many other commercial applications.

They are recycled by grinding them, neutralizing the acid and separating the polymers from the lead. The by materials recovered from recycling batteries is used in a variety of applications including making new batteries.
